ⓘ What's the weather like in May in Fort Smith, Arkansas?

One of the nicest things about Fort Smith, Arkansas is that we have nice days for motorcycle riding in almost every month of the year. The temperature in May can range from the 70s to the low-90s during the day. You’ll see some flowers still in bloom and green leaves on the trees as you ride some of the great motorcycle roads in the area. Be sure and pack a jacket for cool nights, a rain suit/raincoat and lots of sunscreen! The temperatures are usually about 10 degrees cooler in the higher elevations like Mount Magazine, the highest point in the state.
