How to Pick Up your Reserved VIB Package at the 2026 Steel Horse Rally
Please note that VIB Packages will not be mailed, but can be picked up when you arrive at the Steel Horse Rally. VIB packages will be available for pick up starting at Noon on Friday, May 1st at the VIB Check-In. The VIB Check-In Area will be located in the Steel Horse Rally tent in the NE corner of the Vendor Village parking lot in the 800 block of Garrison Avenue (the second tent from Garrison Avenue, next to the wall with the big mural). VIBs can bring a current valid government issued photo ID to the VIB Check-In, pick up their VIB Package and enjoy the VIB Experience at the Steel Horse Rally!

The Charity Cup helps raise donations for three local charities selected by the Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity this year: the Arc for the River Valley, the Buddy Smith Veterans Home and the Fort Smith Boys and Girls Clubs. Adults age 21 and up (with accompanying armband), will be able to walk throughout the Steel Horse Rally and downtown entertainment district with an adult beverage in their Steel Horse Rally Charity Cup.
