• VIB Access to the VIB Area directly in front of the Steel Horse Rally Stage and right next to the Steel Horse Rally Handle Bar, located at 6th St. and Garrison Avenue (Across from First National Bank). Enjoy the best seats available in the VIB Area right in front of the stage. VIBs get the best, up-close view of all of the live music and entertainment on the Steel Horse Rally main stage. Information about Reserving a VIB Package:

When you make a charitable donation for a VIB package, you will receive an e-mail (or digital receipt) from PayPal showing your donation to the Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity. We will also e-mail you additional information about the rally and when your VIB Package will be available. A VIB Package is for one person. A VIB must be age 21 or up with current valid government issued photo ID.

How to Pick Up your Reserved VIB Package at the 2025 Steel Horse Rally

Please note that VIB Packages will not be mailed, but can be picked up when you arrive at the Steel Horse Rally. VIB packages will be available for pick up starting at Noon on Friday, May 2nd at the VIB Check-In. The VIB Check-In Area will be located in the Steel Horse Rally tent in the NE corner of the Vendor Village parking lot in the 800 block of Garrison Avenue (the second tent from Garrison Avenue, next to the wall with the big mural). VIBs can bring a current valid government issued photo ID to the VIB Check-In, pick up their VIB Package and enjoy the VIB Experience at the Steel Horse Rally!
