The 2025 Steel Horse Rally Volunteer Meeting

The 2025 Steel Horse Rally Volunteer Meeting will be Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the Wyndham - Fort Smith, City Center. The meeting is scheduled for the Belle Starr Room, but please check at front desk when arriving at the the hotel.
Anyone, age 21 or up, interested in being part of the Steel Horse Rally Volunteer Team is invited to attend this meeting. We have lots of volunteer opportunities before, during, and after the 10th Anniversary Steel Horse Rally (which is on May 2nd & 3rd, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas). During the Steel Horse Rally, you will see hundreds of volunteers who work hard behind behind the scenes and are the "fuel" of the rally! They truly make the Steel Horse Rally a success!
When you become part of the Steel Horse Rally Volunteer Team, you have a unique opportunity to help our community. This team of great people grows each year. Not only do they help before, during and after this charity event, but they also have a great time!
There is no cost or fee. And meals are provided for people who donate a minimum number of hours during the rally.
