The 2025 Steel Horse Rally Volunteer Meeting will be Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the Wyndham – Fort Smith, City Center. The meeting is scheduled for the Belle Starr Room, but please check at front desk when arriving at the the hotel.
Anyone, age 21 or up, interested in being part of the Steel Horse Rally Volunteer Team is invited to attend this meeting. We have lots of volunteer opportunities before, during, and after the 10th Anniversary Steel Horse Rally (which is on May 2nd & 3rd, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas).
