On Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at 10 a.m. one of the newest and most popular additions to the Steel Horse Rally returns: The Cops & Cones Motorcycle Exhibition. The event takes place in the middle of Garrison Avenue (between the intersection with Towson Ave. west to 11th St.) as law enforcement officers on their motorcycles take on the challenging course. Huge crowds are expected to watch these officers from around the region show off their precision riding skills as they ride between dozens of cones. The fun, family-friendly event is free to the public and a special thanks to the Fort Smith Police Department for making this event possible.
