Southern rock trio Beitthemeans and is playing for the first time ever in Arkansas on the stage of the 2019 Steel Horse Rally. Summon the commanding rock aura of Soundgarden, the dark Pentecostal storytelling of WovenHand, and the Southern charm of Lynyrd Skynyrd. and you’ve scratched the surface of Beitthemeans. Songs like "Blue Collar" and "The Black" are rising up the rock charts.

“They’re Southern rock with a hint of the occult,” Lester Nuby of Dave Grohl's band said.  “And lyrically, it’s completely truthful...singing songs about salvation and sin, about getting by in small town Alabama.” BeItTheMeans has been featured on FX’s vigilante motorcycle drama Sons of Anarchy and are enjoying heavy rotation on rock radio stations across the country.

“BeItTheMeans is a genre-smashing fusion of Southern grit and master storytelling. Their airtight rhythm section will hold you down while the soulful melodies and powerful atmosphere take you away...an amazing and entrancing spectacle that must be experienced live!" said Casey Sanders of SCHORN Pro. The Dallas, Texas based band released their single “Make This Life”  in 2018 reaching #25 on the Active Rock radio charts, and second single "Save Myself" also made it into the Top 30 - the only truly independent act to do so. "Simple Man" is already making inroads at radio and digital streaming services, and is set to follow in the footsteps of "Make This Life" and "Save Myself" which garnered attention throughout the rock world. Messer played more than 100 shows last year, including a 40-city sold out tour with RED and Lacey Sturm.

The band was personally invited by Kevin Lyman to play the Texas leg of the final Vans Warped Tour.   The band's cutting-edge modern rock sound was born through serendipitous connections in the thriving Deep Ellum music scene of Dallas, an area that has given rise to iconic Hard Rock and Metal bands like Pantera, Drowning Pool, Hell Yeah, and King's X. For more info, click here.

Parking available at and near the venue, Harry E. Kelley Park/Riverfront Park, 121 Riverfront Drive, Fort Smith, Ark. Special motorcycle parking, handicapped parking and parking for media available.
