No masks (or protective facial coverings) are required, but masks and social distancing are encouraged. The Arkansas Governor lifted the mask mandate so starting April 1st, 2021 the State of Arkansas will no longer require that people wear masks in public. Now it is up to the individual whether or not they choose to wear a mask. Some local businesses and places open to the public may choose to continue to have a mask requirement, and will usually post their mask policy (along with any other dress code or other requirements). The Steel Horse Rally's policy is "safety first" and we will not impose any mask requirements on any vendor, sponsor, or attendee. However we are encouraging people to "Be smart, be safe, be alive" and to wear a mask if you are comfortable doing so and social distance when possible. Many of the friendly Steel Horse Rally volunteers will be wearing masks/protective face shields and will be wearing gloves as an added safety precaution. Please be respectful of all people no matter what they wear.
The Steel Horse Rally Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity established in 2015 to benefit local charities, honor veterans, military, law enforcement and first responders, and help the local community.
