Be part of The Steel Horse Rally, one of the fastest-growing charity motorcycle rallies in the United States! The Steel Horse Rally is held the first weekend each May and is dedicated to “All Who Serve” and helps several local charities and the community. In 2021, the Steel Horse Rally saw a record-breaking attendance of an estimated 130,000 attendees in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas with motorcycle parking just steps away from Steel Horse Rally Vendors!
Since it was established in 2015, the two-day event is one of the premiere events in the region. The local economic impact of the 2021 charity rally is estimated to be more than $19.6 Million (according to the Fort Smith Advertising & Promotion Commission). The Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity has donated more than $120,000 to local charities and charitable organizations. Each year, local charities and charitable organizations apply and several are selected to be recipients of the donations generated at the annual Steel Horse Rally.
A huge part of the success of the rally comes from the contributions and uniqueness of our vendors. The Steel Horse Rally is a family-friendly rally and there is no admission fee for people to enter the vendor areas. All items to be sold must be approved by the Steel Horse Rally Inc. before the event. There are vendors fees and vary upon space and items needed (including electricity, water, additional parking passes, etc.). All applications, photos, documents, and payment must be received by the dates on the vendor application to avoid late fees.
